How do I register as a patient?
To create an online account with GreenTec, click “Register” followed by “Create Account”. Enter your username, password, name and address details.
Once you have created your account, please complete the Registration Form and submit by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (1-877-886-2754). Please refer to GreenTec’s Registration Form found HERE.
How do I obtain a Medical Document?
Your healthcare practitioner authorizes medical cannabis, and can submit a Medical Document to GreenTec for you. Please refer to GreenTec’s Medical Document found HERE.
How do I submit my Medical Document to GreenTec?
We accept Medical Documents by secure fax when they are sent directly from the office of your healthcare practitioner to the following number: 1-877-886-2754.
I am already registered with another Licensed Producer. How do I transfer to GreenTec?
If you currently have a medical cannabis authorization and are registered with another Licensed Producer, please call them and request a Medical Document transfer to GreenTec. Your Licensed Producer can send your Medical Document by secure fax to the following number: 1-877-886-2754.
What is the process for ordering medical cannabis?
The process has 3 steps:
- Sign-up for account with GreenTec.
- Submit completed Registration Form.
- Instruct your healthcare practitioner to send the completed Medical Document to GreenTec by secure fax.
Once your Medical Document is received and verified by GreenTec, your online account will be activated for online ordering.
How much dried cannabis can I order?
Patients can order a maximum of 30 times their daily authorized amount of cannabis in a single purchase, but cannot exceed the federal maximum of 150 g. For example, if your medical cannabis authorization is for 1 g/day, you may order up to 30 g of cannabis each month.
What type of products does GreenTec offer?
GreenTec offers premium craft quality dried flower and seeds. GreenTec’s portfolio includes rare and unique cultivars, boasting high levels of key cannabinoids and terpenes.
Do you list your terpene percentages?
Yes! GreenTec is proud to list the dominant terpenes directly on the product labels, as part of GTEC’s “Terps on Bottles” initiative.
Do you offer a discount for signing up?
Yes, we offer a one time use 25% discount (minimum purchase of $100) for all new patients signing up with GreenTec Medical. This discount cannot be combined with additional discounts.
Do you offer Compassionate Pricing?
GreenTec Medical is proud to offer Compassionate Pricing to help patients afford the medical cannabis they need. Eligible patients receive 15% off their purchase of cannabis products. To qualify, the patient must earn less than $30,000 per year. This program cannot be combined with additional discounts.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards and Mastercard/Visa debit cards. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you charge Sales Tax?
As per Revenue Canada, cannabis is subject to GST/HST/PST and an Excise Tax, depending on your province of residence. Therefore, the tax rate in your province is the tax rate you are charged. The Excise Tax is included in the price of the product.
What is the Provincial Adjustment?
As per Revenue Canada, cannabis products sold to customers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nunavut are subject to an additional Provincial Adjustment. The Provincial Adjustment will appear as an additional tax during checkout.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Orders received up until 11am MST on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost, unless Expedited Shipping via Purolator Express is purchased. Shipments typically take 2-5 business days for Canada Post and 1-2 business days for Purolator, depending on your location and current shipping wait times.
Patients will receive an email confirmation after placing their order and another email notification with a tracking number when the order is shipped. A signature is required to receive the order. If you are not home to receive the shipment, your order will be transferred to your nearest Post Office or Purolator store for pick-up.

Expedited Shipping: $25 (Purolator Express)
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (Canada Post Xpresspost)
